Jeff Burdette, Director
of Engineering
As Director of Engineering for Digital Resolve, Jeff is
responsible for all development and quality assurance for
the unit’s fraud and identity theft solutions, and drives technology proof-of-concept trials with existing and potential customers.
By leveraging his many years of software engineering experience and expertise in the IP Intelligence arena, Jeff ensures that Digital Resolve delivers first-class enterprise solutions. Jeff is a co-inventor of the Authentication Gateway, which enables quick application-independent integration of Fraud Analyst. Jeff is the co-inventor of Digital Resolve's Trusted Server technology currently used in Microsoft's Internet Explorer Phishing Filter. He is also co-inventor of E-Scam, Digital Resolve's patent-pending anti-phishing product that is currently in deployment with Earthlink, the nation’s
second largest ISP.
Jeff was one of the first
employees to join Digital Resolve’s parent company, Digital Envoy, where he was instrumental in the design and implementation of the company’s patented IP Intelligence technologies, which currently drive much of the functionality of Digital Resolve’s
solutions. He continues to lead research into future advances
of IP Intelligence in order to leverage these enhanced
capabilities for current and future Digital Resolve products.
Prior to joining Digital Envoy, Jeff held several software
engineering positions within Arris Interactive focusing
on the cable-telephony provider’s ETSI V5.2 implementation.
Prior to Arris he worked for Scientific Research Corporation, working on several projects for the Naval Space Surveillance System.
Jeff graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Computer Science.
